Tips To Deal With Elbow Pain From Lifting Weights

(Not Tennis Elbow, per se, but a more general take on elbow-area injuries like muscle and tendon strains, “Tendonitis” Bursitis, etc.)

Among other points, there’s another recommendation to use dumbbells rather than barbells when recovering from an elbow injury.
